I phoned Lets Move On to enquire about a house they were selling back in July 2020. The house we initially phoned about wasn’t on the market any more but we were made aware of another house. This house hadn’t been on our radar but we were over the moon when we viewed the property as it was exactly what we were looking for. We put an offer in the very next day which was quickly accepted.

All of our contact with the vendors had been via Lets Move On. All of our calls were quickly answered and if something had to be checked out, we were called back straight away. I was particularly impressed towards the end of the process when all the surveys on our own property that we were selling and for the property we were buying were complete. Sabah from Lets Move On helped guide us through the final steps of the process and reassured us during times that were particularly stressful. A lack of understanding about the process and planning to move with the threat of another covid lockdown looming within the weeks before our move made the waiting parts of moving home a bit stressful.

In the end, the time between signing the contract and moving was just short of two weeks. Sabah reassured us, answered our queries, and liaised efficiently between us and the vendors to get us across the line. Throughout the process, from our very first phone call, Sabah seemed to know just when to keep in touch more frequently and her professionalism was fantastic. When we picked up our keys, we were touched by the lovely card and moving in present which was very much appreciated. My husband and I wished we had used Lets Move On for our own house sale!

My family and me lived in Lanzarote and were looking to move back to Ireland.  My wife was 6 months pregnant at the time and had to travel with my 2 young sons.  We had managed to secure (or so we thought) a lovely property, but on the day of us transferring the deposit, we where advised the property had already been let.  We where devastated and with only a month left before we where to travel we where at our wits end.  Our friend advised us to use Global Properties and to speak with Jennifer.

 

We couldn’t have been happier to have dealt with a professional, efficient yet friendly person.  She managed to assist us with the letting of a property, swiftly emailed all contracts to us and arranged for TDS deposit for our security.  All the while reassuring us everything was going to plan.  We have continued to rent through Global Properties, as we love the service that we received, always feeling that our best interests are managed.  And since have always recommended Jennifer at Global Properties to any person wanting to deal with Sales or Rentals.

We viewed our house with Jen at global and she was honest helpful and extremely friendly. A few weeks into bidding we were outbid and she was so supportive.
